    2. Sugar free dark chocolate: This ingredient is really important for your brownies flavour and texture. Get a good quality chocolate to make the perfect fudgy brownies. 
    3. Eggs: We use quite a lot of eggs for this recipe which is actually great to get some good fats and protein!
    4. Keto-friendly sweetener: my favourite for this recipe is xylitol but you can use any keto friendly sweetener that you like.
    5. Almond flour: Almond flour is simply grounded blanched almonds. Make sure this is the only ingredient you have in your almond flour. 
    6. Pinch of salt: To enhance the flavours of course!
    7. ¾ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • In a large bowl, melt the butter and chocolate until smooth and glossy.
  • Add the sweetener to the chocolate and butter and mix well.
  • Wisk the eggs in a separate bowl until fluffy and light in colour.
  • Fold slowly the chocolate and butter mix into the whisked eggs.
  • Fold the almond flower and a pinch of salt into the batter. 
  • Add the walnuts (optional).
  • Pour the batter into your pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
